Competitive landscape analysis
To better understand the problem space, I reviewed existing housing platforms and relocation services. The analysis highlighted key challenges around trust, overwhelming choice, and lack of end-to-end support, revealing opportunities to design a more guided and reliable experience.
USER JOURNEY
To understand the full ecosystem, I mapped separate user journeys for both flat seekers and property managers. This helped identify key touchpoints, dependencies, and pain points across the experience, highlighting opportunities to improve coordination, transparency, and support on both sides of the platform.


From journeys to wireframes
Starting from the user journeys, I defined a task flow to map the critical path users take to achieve their goal. This helped clarify decision points and eliminate unnecessary steps.
I then translated the flow into wireframes to structure the experience, followed by interactive prototypes to validate usability and refine interactions. This iterative process ensured a cohesive and efficient experience across both flat seekers and property managers.
Result
The final design brings together insights from research, user journeys, and iterative prototyping into a clear and guided relocation experience.
The solution simplifies the process of finding and securing a home while improving trust, visibility, and overall usability across the platform
