As the User Experience Designer for this project, I collaborated with Adidas' product development and manufacturing teams to create a platform that streamlines user testing recruitment for both product owners and testers. The candidate-facing app uses machine learning to continuously learn from users’ skills, interests, and product interactions, improving over time to match the right testers with the most relevant products.
